Air Pollution and Health and the Air Pollution Index

Speaker : Professor T. W Wong from the Chinese University of HK.

Professor Wong has been extensively studying the health affects of air pollution in Hong Kong and is currently working with the Environmental Protection Department to revise the local air pollution index. The presentation will be on the air pollution index, how it works, why it doesn’t protect our health and some steps that can be taken to reduce exposure to air pollution
